The Falcon wrestling team continued their winning ways by running away with the 13-team Liberty Center Middle School Invitational. Ike placed 15 wrestlers in the top 6 of their weight
class and scored a total 276.5 team points. The next closest team was Springfield at 204.5 . . . 72 point gap.

Eisenhower posted a perfoect 5-0 record at the Genoa Dual Tournament. The Falcons began the day going up against the host school; Genoa in what turned out to be the battle of
the top two teams. The Falcons came out on top of the Comets 50-31 and then cruised to the team title from there on out.

IKE BEGINS SEASON WITH TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP

The Eisenhower 2008-2009 wrestling season began at the Titsworth Invitational held at Fremont. Coaches, wrestlers and parents could not ask for a better start to the season as
the Falcons walked away with the overall team championship. The Falcons scored 203.5 team points outdistancing themselves from runner-up; Anthony Wayne who scored 183.0.
